Dayton Strength and Conditioning is a training facility located in the heart of Beavercreek Ohio. Close to Wright Patterson Air force base and Downtown Dayton, and accessible via the Creekside Trail bike path, our gym is a central location that serves a diverse population of Miami Valley athletes young and old. 

 

Our space is XXXX square feet, featuring an open multi-use space upstairs, and a lower level featuring multiple Olympic platforms, competition bars, as well as competition and training kilogram bumper plates. 

Other equipment available for use by members includes:

Rogue Olympic barbells with thousands of pounds of bumper plates

Two rigs featuring pull-up bars of various heights, and 8 sets of J-cups

Dumbbells 3# up to 120#

Kettlebells 9# up to 88#

Medicine balls 4# to 30#

Various resistance bands

Concept 2 rowing ergs (7) and Ski-Ergs (2)

Air Assault Bikes (5)

Gymnastics rings, mounted low and high. 

D-balls 60, 80, 100#, 120# Atlas Stone

Sleds, Prowlers, Farmer carry handles

12 ft. Climbing ropes (2), 200ft pulling rope

Spacious parking lot and a 400 meter loop around the building to run, carry, push, or drag as your heart (or your coach's heart) desires.
