About The Facility
Dayton Strength and Conditioning is a fitness training facility located in the heart of Beavercreek, Ohio. Close to Wright Patterson Air force base and Downtown Dayton, and accessible via the Creekside Trail bike path, our gym is a central location that serves a diverse population of Miami Valley athletes.
Our 5000 sq ft space is equipped for athletes of all abilities.
In our lower level, lifting platforms, competition bars, and competition plates are available.
The upper level, our Functional Space, is a multi-use area where group classes occur.
