Are you struggling to sustain a balanced, nutritious lifestyle that pertains to your goals? Are you more performance driven? Are you weight loss driven? Sort of in between?

In this challenge, you will have the option to participate for 30 days or 60 days in the performance division or transformation division, whichever best fits your goals.  If you choose the 30 day challenge, but then choose to extend, there will be an additional cost.

If you’re looking to get ready for the Open or increase power and muscle mass, we’d recommend participating in the performance challenge. If you have more of a weight loss goal we’d recommend the transformation challenge.

You may be struggling to find a sustainable nutrition lifestyle; if so, the 60 day challenge would give you the best chance to form new sustainable and healthy habits that can change your life.

Throughout the challenge, you will be increasing your workouts, meal prep, adjusting your eating habits, meal/macro tracking (if able), and finding new food substitutes that better fit your lifestyle.

You will be assigned a coach who will offer assistance in macro manipulation, accountability, weekly check-ins, and weekly habit formation challenges.

Before and after measurements will be taken as well as before and after pictures if you’re willing.  Baseline workouts will take place Jan 9th as the daily class workout.  We will run a performance division workout as well as a transformation division workout. If you cannot make it to class, please complete the workout during open gym by Jan. 10th.

Weekly challenges will be implemented to help with motivation and we will ask that everyone shares recipes and struggles/advice on our Challenge Facebook Page!



30 day challenge: $35.00
Extension pricing at the end of 30 days: additional $20.00
60 day challenge: $50.00

Non-Members (Includes gym use for baseline test/retest):

30 day challenge: $40.00
Extension pricing at the end of 30 days: $20.00
60 day challenge: $55.00

Class Schedule for non-members – Tuesday and Thursday @4:15 pm- 45 min class

Baseline Testing Options – Monday Jan. 9th @ 6am, 11:15am, 5:30pm, 6:30pm, Tuesday January 10 @4:15 pm



Bodpod testing will be optional at an additional $50 for the test and re-test. Bodpod appointments can be scheduled with Travis Beetley at Sinclair Community College- [email protected]

or if you’re military schedule with Mike Pappio- 937-904-9358 (military testing is free).

-Look at for information related to the testing.

-30 Min/test (this allows time for a retest in case there is an error that occurs during testing; subject was moving around in the chamber, etc.).


-Testing clothing needs to be FORM FITTING (spandex, lycra, swimsuit). Changing facilities are available on campus (Sinclair CC). Quickest way to test is having testing clothing be worn under street clothes.

Jan 5th @ 6:30-7:30/8pm: Nutrition Seminar with Ani Manukian, R.D

*Sustainable macros, calculations, tracking, snacking, SMART goals, troubleshooting, how to be successful, grocery store tour

*How to shop healthy, making the best choices possible.

Jan 9th: Challenge Begins

*Complete the performance/ transformation baseline workouts as your daily class workout Monday Jan.9th or as open gym workout no later than Jan. 10th. Schedule a time to meet with your coach to get measurements and a before picture! You are responsible for keeping your measurements.

Jan 20th @ 7:00pm: Conquering Cravings: Snack Edition with Ani Manukian, R.D

*Y’all are getting the hang of cooking and prepping, but what about in between meals?

Feb 3rd @7:00pm: 30 Day Challenge Complete-Potluck/ Check-In- with Jamie, Coach

*Complete your baseline workout re-test during class or open gym. Bring your favorite dish to share along with the recipe! If you’d like to extend your challenge to 60 days, tonight is the last night to decide and provide payment.

Feb. 24th @7:00pm: How To Finish Strong/ Check-In with Jamie, Coach

*We will be taking suggestions on struggles you’ve had throughout the challenge, and find ways to help you finish strong!

March 9th: 60 Day Challenge Complete

*Schedule a time with your coach to get re-test measurements and after picture. Baseline testing to be completed during class Thursday 9th or open gym Friday 10th. Schedule your bodpod re-test!

March 10th: Night of Indulgence (Location TBD)
