Today’s Movement Monday focuses on the active arch hang directly into a strict pull-up. Check out the video below for the full movement.

These are a great tool for teaching the scap and lat activation necessary for powerful pull-ups. We use these as a next level progression after scapula pull-ups and accumulated arch hangs to teach the proper sequencing and muscle recruitment with the full movement.
