Military Family Appreciation/DSC Workouts – 11/10-11/15

Today and tomorrow we’re celebrating military families at DSC. Come join us for any class (or open gym) to take on the hero workout “Chief.”

Bootcamp/Max Effort:

3:00 AMRAP x 5
3 DB cleans
6 pushups
9 squats
Rest 1:00

Then 1:00 AMRAP situps

Fundamentals/Intensity:

3:00 AMRAP x 5
3 power cleans
6 pushups
9 squats
Rest 1:00

Then 1:00 AMRAP situps

All weights and movements will be scaled appropriately for each participant.
