EVEN: 10-15 sec ring support hold

A GOAL IS:

– Measurable/quantifiable
– Has a “by when” date…a time frame to accomplish the goal
– BIG…beyond your reach (in a positive way) …LIMITLESS
– Written in the present

Example: I plan and prepare 10 meals each week for lunch and dinner and do no eat out or skip meals for 3 months straight by December 1, 2015.
