12 KBS (American)
10 Box jumps/step downs

C. 3K row @ 80% effort

Fundamentals:

A – Deadlift – 2 reps every 30 sec x 15

B – EMOM x 18
Min 1 – Row cals 15/12
Min 2 – 30 sec AMRAP pushups
Min 3 – 30 sec AMRAP situps

C1 – Banded tricep pulldowns x 12
C2 – Band pull aparts x 12, rest as needed x 3
