Intensity:

A. Front squat 5-5-5-3-3
No tempo, Rest 2:00

B. 3 Rounds @ hard effort
10 Ground to OH (95/65)
12 box jumps/step downs
20 DU or SU
Rest 1:1

C. Row 30 sec @85%, 30 sec @50% x 8

D. Sorenson Hold :25 x 3

Fundamentals:

A – Paused front squats – 1 rep every 60 sec x 10 (3 sec pause in bottom)

B – Partner workout
8 alternating rounds (4 each)
Row cals (15/12 guys/girls)
10 pushups
20 walking lunges

C – Hanging leg raises with pause at top – accumulate 30 reps, not for time
