A. Hang snatch + snatch balance (2.2)
Every :90 x 8

B. Hang clean + push jerk + split jerk (2+2)
Every :90 x 8

C. EMOM x 10
min 1 – 30 sec AD @85%
min 2 – 8-10 burpees

D. Cooldown mobility

Fundamentals:

A. Hang Power snatch x 1/OHS x 3, 1 set every 2 min x 6

B. Run warmup
5 rounds, start a round every 4 min
Run 200m
15 Russian Swings
6 burpees

C. Cooldown stretch
