B. Clean pulls
4 reps x 5 @85% 1RM Clean

C2. AMRAP Kipping w/perfect hollow body

C3. :30 HS Hold

D. Sorenson Hold :20 x 3
Rest as needed

Fundamentals:

A – Paused front squats @ 31X2 tempo, 2 reps every 90 sec x 6 sets

B – For time – 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps of
Push-ups
KB Swings
20 jump rope each round

C – Hollow body hold 15-20 sec on, 45 sec rest x 6
