Today’s CrossFit Kith workouts – Monday, August 24, 2015:Kith Rowing

Intensity (4:30 pm):

A. Back squat @40X1; 4-5 reps x4; rest 3 min

B. Power clean + hang power clean 1.2 x5; rest 2 min
***add weight each set

C1. Cossack squats – 16 reps (8/leg) x4; rest 1 min
C2. 30 sec deadbug movement x4; rest 1 min

Fundamentals (5:30 pm):

A – Every 60 sec x 12 – 1 Power Clean/1 Push Press.

B – Cal row 30-25-20-15-10-5, rest 1:1

C1 – Single leg plank hold 20sec/side, rest 1 min
C2 – Supine leg whips x 4/side, rest 1 min x 3
