Introducing GRIT – Wednesdays at 5 pm
Have you been looking for the class to challenge your mental fortitude, or have you wanted to set the barbell aside to focus on accomplishing a simple, but brutal task? Then GRIT may be exactly what you’re looking for!
But what is GRIT?
GRIT sessions will utilize challenges, tests, teamwork, penalties and rewards, uncertainty and sometimes unfairness, all with the goal of teaching the athlete to pay attention and do things the hard way. Skills and habits developed in GRIT classes will carry beyond that day’s training and benefit the athlete in weekly classes and outside the four walls of the gym.
For group class members, GRIT will simply cost you a class each week. Program Design/PT and Open Gym members can drop in for $10 per session. Non-members can try GRIT out for $20 per session.
