Wow, the first week of January has been a doozy!  Hope you had a great holiday and here’s to a healthy New Year!  I’m going to use these next few posts to catch up on a few workouts from this week.

B.  Barbell Pull-Ups
5-7 reps
Begin a set every 2 min

15 squats

A.  Front Squat @ 3 1 1 1
6 reps
rest 2 min

B.  Clean
rest 10 sec
rest 2 min

C.  AMRAP 30 sec
10 HARD PULLS on ROWER @ 100%
Max Burpees in remaining time
Begin a set every 5 min

D.  4 sets
10 barbell hip thrusts
rest as needed
