Get Fit Bootcamp
Dayton Strength and Conditioning is excited to offer our new 10-week Get Fit Bootcamp! Designed to help you better yourself, our Get Fit Bootcamp features kettlebells, dumbbells, bodyweight exercises, medicine balls and more. Get the benefit of a personal trainer in a fun and exciting group class environment. Bring a friend to our free community workout on Saturday May 9th and find out how you can start your summer off right with the latest addition to our group class schedule! Join us every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 7 am during the summer to get your sweat on, have some fun, and get fitter! Classes start Monday, June 8.
