Going The Distance, Mental Focus, Conquering Boredom: Training The Things You Hate To Do

Seminar participants will learn:
-A practical framework for understanding energy systems, their interactions, and the fuel used at different intensities
-How to clearly identify the demands of a given sport or task
-Common training myths
-Strategies and rules for determining pacing, focus, rhythm, cadence, stroke rate etc.
-Tips for WOD About a 5K and Memorial Day Murph!
Seminar participants will undergo a 20 minute Functional Threshold Power test to determine proper zones for a variety of training goals. Arrive prepared to work out.
