B. Every 30 sec for 12 sets

C. With a Partner
Accumulate 65 Cal on rower

Fitness

A. Box Squat
2 reps every min x12

B. Negative Front Tuck Levers
Accumulate 15 reps
Rest as needed

*take 5-10 minutes to coach Barbell Thrusters

C.  EMOM 10 min
10 wallballs

D. 5 min Row @ 70%
5 min Bike @ 70%
