* 10 Alternating Toe touches during rest

B. Inverted Single Arm KB OH carry

*During rest perform 30 sec arch hold

C.  8 burpees
10 supinated grip ring rows
60 sec jump rope
rest 1:30
x 4

D. Right Side Plank
45 sec
Left side plank
45 sec


A.  2 position snatch
begin a set every 1:30

B.  30 alternating rolling Pistols

C.  6 rounds:
10 burpee box jumps
200 M Run

D.  Tabata hollow hold with side-to-side reach
