B. Ring inversions/Toes to Rings/Front Tuck levers
Accumulate 18-20 reps

C.  Review DB clean and add DB push press/jerk

D.  EMOM 12 min
ODD minutes: 8 DB Clean and Press
EVEN minutes:  14/12 Cal Row

 

Fitness

A. Push Press
4 reps x 5
rest 2 min

B.  Wide Grip Banded pull ups (or 3-4 wide grip pull-ups)
6-8 reps x 4
rest 2 min

C.  10 Russian KBS AFAP
Prowler push Down and Back
x 4
1:30 rest

D.  4 sets
10 hip pikes with sliders
30 sec arch hold
rest as needed
