40 cal Row
Rest 1:30 x 2

Fitness

A.  Box Squat
1 rep every 30 sec x 20

B.  Skin the cat progression
spend 10 minutes
Rest as needed

EMOM 10 min
1:  Max wallballs in 20 sec
2:  Max burpees in 20 sec

D.  10 min @ 65-70%
Rower/Bike
