D.  Accumulate 50 sit-ups a
50 supermans

30 burpees
20 KBS
15 burpees
10 KBS
5 burpees

D. 4 sets:
30 sec Hollow Hold
30 sec rest
10-15 reverse hollow rocks
30 sec rest
