DSC Workouts for February 16, 2016.

Same as Monday

Fitness:

Mobility: Thoracic Spine/Shoulder

A. Hang Power Snatch (1.1) x 4
rest 10 sec/2 min

B. EMOM 8 min
2 behind the neck push press + 4 OHS

C.  6 burpees over the erg + 25 sec HARD on rower
Begin a set every 3 min x4

D. 3 sets:
Right Side plank w/top leg abbduction
30 sec
rest as needed
Left side plank w/top leg abbduction
30 sec
rest as needed
