C.  EVERY 45 sec
Empty prowler push down and back
x6 (per person)

Fitness

A. Box Squat
3 reps every min x12

B.  Skin the Cat Progression
accumulate 15 reps
Rest as needed

C. EMOM 10 min
10 thrusters

D. 6 min Row @ 70%
6 min Bike @ 70%
