DSC Workouts for February 2, 2016.


A.  Split Squat (bulgarian) 8 reps/leg
rest 2 min

B.  Every 30 sec for 12 sets
3 no push ups burpees

C.  With a Partner
Accumulate 100 Cals on the AD
@ 80%

*The partner who is not on the bike holds 2 heavy KB/DB while the other partner bikes


A. Hang Power Snatch 2.2
rest 10 sec/2 min

B. EMOM 10 min – 4 OHS

C.  10 Sec AD HARD!!!  for top speed
begin a set every 2 min
