A.  Split Squat (bulgarian)

C.  With a Partner
Accumulate 100 Cals on the AD
@ 80%

*The partner who is not on the bike holds 2 heavy KB/DB while the other partner bikes

Fitness

A.  Box Squat
2 reps @ 70% of max
EMOM x12

B1.  10 sec Kip
rest 30 sec
B2.  Negative Front Tuck Levers 4 counts down
2-3 reps

C.  5 sets
10 Wallballs 20#/14#
30 sec AD
