Intensity:

A. Hang snatch + snatch balance (1.1)
Every :90 x 8

B. Hang clean + push jerk (1+1)
Every :90 x 8

C. EMOM x 10
min 1 – 30 sec AD @85%
min 2 – 8-10 burpees

D. Cooldown mobility

Fundamentals:

A. OHS instruction

B. OHS skill work – 2-3 reps every 90 sec x 5

C. EMOM x14
Min 1 – ring support hold ALAP
Min 2 – Row Calories 14/11

D. October challenge
