Day 1
A. 5 frames of Rowling
B. 5 Rounds:
10 Goblet Squats
15 DB Push Press
10 Goblet Lunges
15 Kettlebell Swings
Rest 1:30
C. AD tabata – 10 sec on/20 sec rest

Day 2
A. Pull-up progressions 10-15 min
Negatives, strict work with hollow body, kip
B. Every 2:30 x 6
10 alternating DB snatches
15 situps
20 jump rope
C. Core tabata

Day 3
A. Running warmup
B. For time:
35 burpees
800 m run
10 burpees
800 m run
35 burpees
C. Grip tabata
