Day 1:

Bear Crawl (Down & Back)
10 BW Good mornings
10 Push ups
10 Air squats

B. For Time: (partition any way)
100 Jump rope
80 sit-ups
60 walking lunges
40 Cal Row
20 KB Deadlifts

C. Plank Tabata

Day 2:
A. EMOM x6
Min 1: 15 Wall Balls
Min 2: 30 Sec. farmer carry
Min 3: 15 Russian Swings

B. Circuit: 20 sec work each
toe taps
russian twists ( tap fingers to ground)
plank hold
Rest :30
10 sec. AD sprint
Rest 1:30

Day 3:
A. For Time:

Ring Row
Push Ups
Alternating Lunges
Cash out: 400m Row

B. E2MOM:
40 jump rope
30 sec wall sit
