A. Box squats – 12 sets of 2 reps @50%1RM, rest 1 min between
B1. Single leg/opposite arm DL @2020 – 15 reps/leg x3; rest 30 sec between legs
***same weight each set
B2. Russian step ups – 15/leg x3; rest 30 sec between legs
C. 3 rounds
30 sec wall walks
30 sec wall ball
1 min row @moderate pace
rest 1 min
