***heavier than last week

B1. Good morning @2020; 8-10 reps x4; rest 1 min
***add weight each set
B2. Strict T2B/K2E – 3-5 reps x4; rest 1 min

C. 10 minute row – first 10 seconds of every minute @95-98% effort
***goal during recovery is low strokes/min, powerful pulls

D. Accumulate 50 mason twists
