Intensity

A. EMOM x30
min 1 – 8 bar facing burpees
min 2 – 5 power clean & push jerk
min 3 – 30 sec wall ball
min 4 – 10 deadlifts
min 5 – 8 bar facing burpees
min 6 – 15 sit ups

B. Glute bridge hold – 30 sec on, 1 min off x5

C. Accumulate 10 min caveman squat
