Happy St Patrick’s Day! Today’s CrossFit Kith Workout:

Fundamentals

A. 15 min to find a 1RM shoulder press
B1. Piked HS pushups x 6-8, rest 1 min
B2. Passive hang from pullup bar x 30-45 sec, rest 2 min x 4
C. 100/80 cals for time on AD

Intensity

A. Squat therapy
B. Back squat @30X1; 3 reps @80%1RM x5; rest 2 min
C. 5 sets:
10 push press
10 air squats
10 burpees
rest 1:1
D. Max wall walks in 2 min
