A. Wide stance box squats 8 sets of 3 at 40-50% 1RM

B. EMOM x10
10 sec weighted hang from rings 

C1. Dumbbell bench press @40×1 3-5 reps x4
Rest 1:00

C2. Dumbbell one-arm row @20×2 3-5 reps/arm x4
Rest 1:00

D. Bat wings (5 sec pause at top)
Accumulate 35 reps
