A. Back squat – 20 reps @80% of your 10RM
***2-3 sets of warm up (do NOT do 20 reps each set)

B. Snatch pull – 3 reps x3; rest 2 min

C. 3 sets:
15 Russian KB swings
1 min AD @high effort
rest 1 min
—rest 3 min—

D. 3 sets:
10 wall ball
1 min burpee broad jumps
rest 1 min
