A. Wide stance box squats – 8 sets of 3; rest 1 min
***40-50%1RM

B. EMOM x10 – 10 sec weighted hang from rings

C1. DB bench press @40X1; 3-5 reps x4;
rest 1 min
C2. DB one arm rows @20X2; 3-5 reps/arm x4;
rest 1 min

D. Bat wings (pause for 5 seconds at the top) – accumulate 35 reps
