A – Hang Power snatch skill work

B – Every 30 sec x 8 – 2 Hang Power snatch

C – 30 sec tough air bike, rest walk 2:30 x 8 (4 min break after 4)

D – KB high windmills 4/arm x 3

Holiday hours:

Friday closing at 6:30 pm. 
Saturday – open gym 9-12. 
Sunday – closed, no barbell club. 
Monday – open gym 9-12.
