Intensity

A. Squat therapy
3 sets:
10 wall squats, rest 10 sec
30 sec caveman squat (fingers under toes), rest 30 sec

B. Back squat @30X1; 3 reps @80%1RM x5; rest 2 min

C. EMOM x10
even – 3 squat clean thrusters
odd – amrap kipping pull ups/C2B/kipping practice

D. Accumulate 22/11 strict pull ups
