12 Russian Step ups

12 v-ups
Farmer carry D&B

Day 2
A. EMOM x 15min
Min 1: 5 ring rows
Min 2: 10 DB Reverse Lunges
Min 3: 2 TGU
B. For Time:
21-15-9
Goblet squats
push ups
*After each round 100 jump rope
C. Accumulate 5 min of front plank

Day 3
A. Shoulder mobility
B. EMOM x 10 min
Min. 1: 10 lat pulldowns/ pull up negatives
Min 2: 10 KB swings
C. Partner Chipper
2000m Row
100 sit ups
100 wall balls
100 russian twists
100 weighted walking lunges
10 OH MB walks (D&B=1 rep)
