Day 1

A. 5 Rounds
5 push-ups
10 sit-ups
15 air squats

B. 15:00 AMRAP
Lap around parking lot/250 m row
5 DB hang snatches/arm
10 goblet squats
20 mountain climbers

C. Tabata

Day 2 
A. 10:00 EMOM
Min 1 – 8 DB RDL Tempo 30X1
Min 2 – 10 KBS

B. 20:00 Circuit (45 sec work/15 sec transition)
HR push-ups
Jump rope
Burpees
Alternating Lunges
Rest

C. Tabata

Day 3 
A. Partner Workout
6 Rounds – 1 partner completes a round, while other rows or AD.
20 step ups/box jumps
20 sit-ups
20 jumping squats
20 KBS
20 push-ups
