Min 1 – Neutral grip DB overhead press (both arms) – 10 reps
Min 2 – DB Plank rows – 10 reps (5 each arm)
B. 10 step-ups (alternating)
single-arm OH walk down
15 sit-ups
single-arm OH walk back
Rest 1:00; x 5
C. 3 sets of 20 side steps with band
D. Tabata

Day 2
A. Partner workout- for time
100 jump rope (each)
80 goblet squats
60 ball slams
40 lunges
20 burpees
100 jump rope (each)
B. Tabata

Day 3
A. Outside WOD if possible

DB thrusters
KB swings
Parking Lot Lap cash-out (250 m row)
B. Sled Drag relay
