DSC and Get Fit Bootcamp workouts for the week of July 13, 2015.

Day 1
A. 16:00 EMOM
Min 1 – 30 sec wall sit
Min 2 – 7 burpees
Min 3 – 30 sec jump rope
Min 4 – 10 alternating step ups

B. 10:00 AMRAP
15 ft bear crawl
10 situps
15 ft bear crawl
10 KBS (eye level)

C. Core tabata – Coach’s choice

Day 2
A. Partner sled drag
One partner drags sled one lap around parking lot (45/35)
Other partner carries medicine ball around
Then switch – 3 laps each

B. Every 3:00 x 3
8 pushups
10 wall balls
12 climbing planks

C. Core tabata

Day 3
A. Turkish get-up skill work
Form check/practice before moving to B.

B. 12:00 AMRAP
4 alternating Turkish GU
8 suitcase deadlifts
10 goblet squats
12 situps

C. Cardio tabata
