B. 15:00 AMRAP
10 Kettlebell swings
10 Goblet squats
10 Sit-ups to KB
10 Sumo deadlift

C. Core tabata

Day 2

Running warm-up

A. Dumbbell Circuit – 4 Rounds
30 seconds of each:
Lunges
Plank row
Deadlift

OH press
Weighted sit-ups
Goblet squats
—Rest 1:00

B. Prowler Relay

Day 3

A. Skill – Scottish Get-ups

B. 3 Rounds
Run 1 lap around parking lot
20 alt. DB snatches
15 wall balls (DB thrusters – Get Fit)
10 HR push-ups
