Day 1
A. 12:00 EMOM
Min 1 – Pull-up negatives
Min 2 – Push-up negatives
B. For Time
10 burpee buy in
21-15-9
DB Thrusters
KB Swings
10 burpee cash-out
C. Core Tabata

Day 2
A. Partner AMRAP (break up all reps 1/2)
100 jump rope
80 air squats
60 partner WB Around the World (switch at 30)
40 partner leg toss
20 burpees
100 m sprint (down and back in parking lot)
B. Tabata (Double if time)

Day 3
A. 4×400 m Run (Row if bad weather)
Rest 3:00 between
B. 3 Rounds
5 burpee broad jumps
10 walking lunges
15 air squats
C. Core tabata
