Bootcamp Community Workout -May 9th @ 9am!
We have a lot of exciting things on tap for this summer – new classes, expanded schedule, exciting seminars, and an in-house competition, just to name a few! Our first big reveal is the addition of a bootcamp class that combines the best aspects of our current TRX and Max Effort classes.
Designed to help you better yourself, our bootcamp features kettelbells, dumbbells, bodyweight exercises, medicine balls and more. Get the benefit of a personal trainer in a fun and exciting group class environment.
Come out to our Community Workout on Saturday, May 9 at 9 am and see what DSC has to offer. Stick around to meet some members, and chat with a trainer. We’ll have a few opportunities to win some prizes too!
