Day 1
A. 14:00 EMOM
Min 1 – 10/8 cal rowing
Min 2 – 10 KBS
B. Every 3:00 x5
20 Alt. Lunges
15 situps
10 step ups
5 burpees
C1. 30 bird dogs
C2. 30 dead bugs

Day 2
A. Partner Workout
6 Rounds – 1 partner completes a round, while other rows or AD.
20 step ups/box jumps
20 sit-ups
20 jumping squats
20 KBS
20 push-ups
B. Prowler Relay
C. Tabata

Day 3
A1. 3-5 pull up negatives x4 (or pull-ups)
Rest 1:30
A2. 3-5 push up negatives x 4 (or push-ups)
Rest 1:30
B. E3MOM x 5
400 m run
C. Tabata
