If you’re looking for a great community within a gym, Dayton Strength and Conditioning has exactly what you need. Not only do we offer a chance for you to better yourself physically through personal program design, group fitness, and personal training sessions, but also a chance to make a difference in our community.

Awareness WODs are hosted monthly to bring awareness to specific needs around our community as well as awareness to topics that are close to home for our members. This is a place to gather with friends and family before and after workouts, on the weekends, as well as events outside the gym.

Ladies’ Night

WOD About A 5k
May 14, 9 am

This is a 5k with a twist! You have the option to walk, run or WOD. If you choose to WOD, there will be 3 workout stations along your 5k route to put your fitness to the test! You can participate as an individual or as a team of two. Click here for registration and more information.

PTSD Awareness WOD
June 11, 9 am

This will be a community workout to raise awareness for PTSD. Donations will be taken and all the proceeds will go to a local charity (TBD).  With a team of 4, you will complete a workout that honors the 22 veterans that take their life every day.
